Who this is forContractors & trades

For contractors and trades that are leaking money.

Remodelers, builders, landscapers, specialty trades. Longer jobs, bigger tickets, more moving parts, and a quoting process that decides the year.

Where the money usually goes

These are the leaks we find most often in this kind of business. Not all four will apply to you. Usually two of them do, and usually nobody has measured either.

01

Slow quotes

The fast quote wins disproportionately, because the customer is comparing three companies in one sitting. If quotes only go out when the owner has an evening free, you are losing work to whoever answered on day one.

02

Scope that was never written down

Assumptions that were obvious to you and invisible to the customer become arguments later. Quoting from a template with explicit inclusions and exclusions turns a dispute into a change order.

03

The owner as the only estimator

If one person produces every quote, quotes move at the speed of that person’s availability. Defining the boundaries (job types, size, discount ceiling) lets someone else send the ones inside them.

04

Invoicing a week after completion

Batch invoicing adds a week to the front of every payment clock. Same-day invoicing with a payment link, plus a reminder sequence that runs itself, is pure cash flow.

How it works

One free 30-minute call with Chad. We look at how work actually moves through your business, tell you where it is leaking and roughly what that is worth, and give you an honest answer about whether it is worth fixing. If the math does not work, we will say so on the call.

If it does, the work is scoped and priced before anything starts, and typical turnaround is 7 days. See what we build and what it has done.
